Oolong Owl will be at the World Tea Expo 2014 in Long Beach California!
The World Tea Expo is going on this year May 29th to 31st, 2014.
The World Tea Expo is a trade show for all specialty tea needs – tea sellers and suppliers, tea room owners, and other merchants meet and show off new tea products!
Also at the World Tea Expo is conferences, tastings, and workshops. In the World Tea Expo schedule, blending award winning teas, current tea trends, tea business selling topics, and specific tea type tastings. In addition, World Tea Expo will have the 2014 World Tea Awards for best new tea publication, book, tea website, educator, tea commercial, blog, social media reach and tea spirit. Very spiffy!
Oolong Owl and the Tea Owls will be attending as press, drinking all the tea samples! I hope there’s plenty of bathrooms! We found out very recently we will be attending the World Tea Expo so I haven’t planned out much yet. Photos will be iffy as there is no photography on the floor or at conferences. However, it looks like I might have a few interviews lined up at the World Tea Expo. I will be doing blog posts about my experience, and during the event I should be tweeting (hooting?) over on my twitter account Awkward Soul.
Lucky for the Tea Owls and I, the World Tea Expo is in our neighbourhood. We need to hammer out is which Tea Owls will be going with me. The Tea Owls had a small showdown in the kitchen…
Being hit with vacuumed packed oolong hurts! I guess I’ll have to come up with a Tea Owl schedule.
