January White2Tea Club

I savored this month’s White2Tea monthly tea subscription club – all the teas sounded great to me! For the White2Tea club, every month you get teas that are curated by White2tea. These teas are samples from their current line up, previews to new teas to their shop, as well as some private stash and discoveries. The subscription is month to month, cancel any time. So far, all the teas I’ve received has been pretty good – I recently dropped a bunch of cash for a group order, buying more teas that I received in previous months. Good stuff! White2tea Club December 2014 featuring 2008 Often Raw Puerh

I’m totally late with the White2tea Club December edition. Now that the holidays are over and the relatives have flown home, I finally have time to myself to drink tea by myself. No Dad lurking around with his smelly instant coffee. On the upside, my father put a dent in my spiced tea collection. White2Tea Club for November 2014 – Tea Review

I have a lot of tea, so much I didn’t buy anything during Black Friday and Cyber Monday, despite the awesome sales. My last tea purchase is the White2Tea Club, a subscription tea of the month club from the awesome White2tea. When I got the package, I was very impressed with the variety I got. I’m late with this review as I took my time, saving drinking these teas for the right day I felt like treating myself. I got around to trying 3 out of 4 of the teas for this review. 2002 White2tea White Whale Raw Pu’er – Oolong Owl Tea Review

2002 White2tea White Whale raw pu’er is a 100 gram brick sold by White2Tea, online seller of quality pu’er based in Beijing. This pu’er cake is a steal! At the time I write this, $15 for a 100 gram brick (note, the price is going up in September 2014). Even for a 2012 raw pu’er 100 gram brick $15 is a good price. The story on this pu’er cake is White2Tea found it nice and aged in a corner, with no wrappers, in a pu’er warehouse – at a bargain – so we get this cake at a bargain too! 2002 White2tea White… Continue reading, hoot!

2014 New Amerykah 2 Raw Pu’er from White 2 Tea – Oolong Owl Tea Review

 2014 New Amerykah 2 is a raw/sheng pu’er from White 2 Tea, Beijing based online tea seller. I snagged a sample of this tea from the 2014 USA/Canada Reddit Traveling Tea box. I have some other teas from White 2 Tea in my possession already, but I really wanted to try New Amerykah.  Is it weird that I wanted to try this tea purely because the art on the pu’er wrapper is SO FREAKING COOL. 2014 White2Tea 46&2 Raw Pu’er – Oolong Owl Tea Review

2014 White2Tea 46&2 Raw Pu’er is a tea from 2013 Jingmai leaves, spring 2014 pressed. This pu’er is from White 2 Tea, Beijing based online tea seller. First off – this has got to be the coolest pu’er name! When this tea arrived the other week, it spawned a Tool marathon for a few days, with a few extra plays of Forty Six & 2. White 2 Tea confirmed with me that the name of this pu’er is a reference to the Tool song!
